Best Vet in Jacksonville,I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else, my favorite pick Is Dr Bennett but every doctor there is fabulous, front desk staff is wonderful as well as the vet assistance.

We took our cat Oliver in cause wasn’t eating kibble. Turned out he had an infection in his mouth. Dr Bennet gave him injections to see if it’ll help. Within a day or two, Oliver started eating again. Thanks again !!

They always take good care of my pets. Doctors and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond.

I would drive past other clinics to go here. Everyone is fabulously patient and kind.

We have been bringing our cats to SJAH for many years. We were sad to see favorite veterinarians leave but have always been satisfied with the quality of care by the entire staff.
Office visits are on the pricier side but having an onsite pharmacy and similar equipment found at other pet ERs justify it.

I just moved to Jacksonville and got recommended to this place by my girlfriend. I have a super hyper and reactive corgi who is definitely not the easiest. He gets very anxious at the vet which in turn makes me very nervous to take him. He loves people but doesn’t get along great with other dogs. The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly. We waited outside in the car because there was other dogs in the waiting room. The vet tech came out to our car and took us inside. She took us the back way into the exam room. Both the vet tech (Monica) and the vet (Dr. Choi) were so welcoming and understanding. It immediately put me at ease which allowed me to be there for my dog and calm him down. She gave him his shots and took his blood while my dog was extremely panicked. She still remained graceful and calm. The vet tech was also so nice and helped out a bunch. The whole visit was just great and I’m so glad I found a vet who understands reactive and anxious dogs! I look forward to continuing my care here and I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who loves their fur babies and wants the people who take care of them to love them too!
