Founded in the early 1940s, San Juan Animal Hospital was one of the first animal hospitals in Jacksonville. Though our facility has moved since those early days, we have remained a hallmark of the community. We encourage you to meet our team and get to know the veterinarians who will be treating your pet. We offer a full range of services for your companion animal, including diagnostic care, dentistry, acupuncture, and boarding and grooming.
Our clinic specializes in treating companion animals, such as dogs and cats. Unfortunately, we do not offer veterinary care for exotic animals, such as reptiles or farm animals.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any payment plans for our veterinary services. However, we’re more than happy to provide you with a copy of your pet’s medical records for you to send to your insurance company.
If you believe your pet is experiencing a medical emergency during business hours, please call our clinic directly. If your pet needs care beyond what our hospital can provide, we will refer you to an emergency facility in the area. We may be able to make this determination over the phone, to expedite proper care, so please call in advance if able.
