I love the SJAH crew! Entering the building is like walking into an old friend’s home. I’m greeted warmly and treated like a member of the family. The lobby is clean, fresh and cheerfully bright. The most important part of all, my dogs are handled gently and with care! 10/10
This was my first visit to this office even though I have used Dr. LeGrange for many years with multiple pets. She is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. She took a bad situation and helped navigate to a doable situation. The staff was very professional as well. They are well worth our drive since we live on the other side of town. Thanks again for all the support and great experience.
My pets are very important to me. I wouldn't take them any place that I didn't trust. I completely trust San Juan Animal Hospital!
I trust San Juan Animal Hospital and their staff to treat my animals with boundless love, endless affection and superb care throughout their entire lives. This is something they have proven to me for decades and my fur babies adore the entire staff, even Mojo who doesn’t trust many after his traumatic start in life. Sure you can go somewhere cheaper if saving a dollar is your end goal. My animals are part of our family and the little bit I’d save is worth paying for the peace of mind to have them know me, my animals and their needs when we walk in the door. ❤️🐶🐱🐱🐱
From the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between were helpfull and you could tell they all love animals.They did a great job, so great I have moved all of my 7 dogs to them.
I was worried about my cat's not eating after the loss of my elder cat five days earlier. The vet was thorough, listened to and addressed my concerns, and alleviated my worry pending the results of a blood screen (which came back normal). My cat started eating regularly shortly afterwards.
If you are in need of a veterinarian's office who values and respects your fur-babies as the family member they are, this is the place to be. Doctor Guill and staff are an essential part of our lives. I also want to comment how mindful they are of costs. We have 4 animals and if Doctor Guill tells me he prefers to do lab work or additional testing, I know it is because he has a genuine concern. And when he tells me there is no need, I have complete trust.
Wonderful experience!! Brought in my mom's cat for EC. Dr Vineyard and all of the staff were awesome!! I would highly recommend this office to others. Dr Vineyard has great chairside manner!!
